AutoNation has the best service department I have ever experienced. I could not be happier with the service I was provided. Had brake recall work done on our Ford Edge. Work was done promptly but brakes squeal now. If brake pads needed to be replaced wouldn’t the mechanic have advised us? We are a one vehicle couple. It’s not convenient to have the one vehicle in the shop with no transportation to and from the dealership and we were told. I loaners were not available. More
