Mr. Richard Baxley went on extra mile to help me. He delivered my new Transit van to my driveway because I cannot drive it myself before its modification for wheelchair. Great service. I waited while my car got an alignment. I was set to get an oil change but supply chain issues on the filter caused us to have to delay that element. Very nice staff, and the process was fast and easy. Only issue is the car we purchased was not ready but that was my husband and I fault. Also a week and still have not received the vehicle. No fault to the issue is the car we purchased was not ready but that was my husband and I fault. Also a week and still have not received the vehicle. No fault to the salesman he is very nice and doing his best to get us the vehicle without any issues. Outside vendor that does muffler work is slowing up the process. More
