The Service Department at AutoNation Ford Katy did an excellent job on both the mechanical work and body work for my Ford Explorer. The amount of time it took for each "shop" was very reasonable due to the holidays, and David did a great job explaining what needs to happen, and then what had happened as repairs were being done. Demetris Williams did a PHENOMENAL JOB with helping me look and get a car . I was very scared at first , because this was my first time buying a car or even going to a dealership to get one at all ( mind look and get a car . I was very scared at first , because this was my first time buying a car or even going to a dealership to get one at all ( mind you im 21 years old and a black female ). Demetris listened and paid attention to EVERYTHING I mentioned about what I want in a car . I can't reverse park ( He got me a reverse camera), I love black( car black inside and out ), I wanted a fairly new/used car ,low mileage, sedan 4 door , reliable . He didn't rush me out , he didn't work with me as a sales man , but as a father figure who would want her daughter to have a reliable car that is reasonable priced and won't break down on me. He even helped me look for car insurance and was very patient and answered all my questions . He didn't try to sale me anything just for the price and to make himself some money . He got me MY DREAM CAR that I've imagined having since I was 15 years old . He knew what I wanted without me even having to say much or show any pictures .THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU . I literally cried in my car the other day because of how in love I am with my car . This man needs a raise or something . He did very well. More

Sales department follow up after the sale was made was horrible. Took more than a week to get the car delivered. Never received the list of the service that was done to the car even after asking for it at horrible. Took more than a week to get the car delivered. Never received the list of the service that was done to the car even after asking for it at least 5 times. When the tow driver went to pick the car up for delivery. The gas showed 1 mile to empty and there were no temp tag or registration with the car. Took an extra hour that the driver had to wait for these items. More
