I had a "Service AVANCE TRAC" Caution Message that appeared every time I applied the brakes. Scheduled an appointment with the Service Department and Randy was my Service Advisor. After explaining wha appeared every time I applied the brakes. Scheduled an appointment with the Service Department and Randy was my Service Advisor. After explaining what was happening, I also stated that I needed the scheduled oil change to be performed. That same evening, Randy called and stated that the service department had troubleshot the caution message to a faulty Electronic Brake Booster. The next morning, Randy call and stated that my truck was ready. I showed up, reviewed all of the documentation with Randy and then proceeded to drive home. I have had no discrepancies with the truck since. Randy provided EXCELLENT Customer Service, he ensured that all of my questions were answered and contacted me numerous times to keep me posted on the progress of the work being performed. I have stated before that I am a customer for life, from sales to service, AutoNation Ford cannot be beat. Keep up the EXCELLENT work! More

We loved the service and guidance. The amount we were charged for labor is outrageous, as would be expected for a dealership. I’m definitely coming back for an extended warranty and when I’m ready to get charged for labor is outrageous, as would be expected for a dealership.
