Brand new truck was making an odd noise. They didn't play the "I can't hear it" or "that is normal" game. It turned out to be a bolt/bushing wasn't seated right. Other dealerships (HUB) in the area seem to think an extra quart or two of oil is a good thing (it isn't - can be as be a low oil). They put it right where it needs to be at the top of the full marker. More

My only interaction with Auto Nation Ford is with the service department. Prior to a management change my experience was less than satisfying. I was told by the service manager that my expedition had struts on the front and should be covered by my extended warranty. After taking time to drive it there and drop it off I was called and told that on struts on the front and should be covered by my extended warranty. After taking time to drive it there and drop it off I was called and told that on my expedition they were considered shocks, not struts , therefore not covered by the warranty. I wasted two trips when they could have determined this before wasting my time. More
