Salesman was supposed to get me reimbursed for a faulty headlight on car purchased. I’ve reached out exclaiming this with a receipt that I had to pay for myself. Cause if I hadn’t the car wasn’t safe to d headlight on car purchased. I’ve reached out exclaiming this with a receipt that I had to pay for myself. Saw a great deal on a slightly used 2021 F250 (under 16k miles) and contacted AutoNation. Set up an appointment with Aaron who was outstanding from the minute we arrived at the dealership. Aaron followed up after the sale to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I had my own financing with a free and clear $12,000 trade. I already knew the car that I wanted. I did everything on line. The deal was a done with Justin Watson. Mr. Watson was grate to work with. He put the entire deal together and gave it to Jake Hazlewood who is the most incompetent sales person that I have ever encountered. I live approximately 1 hour away from the dealership. I have made 6 blank trips to the dealership. He clearly does not value the customers time, None responsive, and compulsively lies. 32k on a vehicle with a broken bumper, a window that goes up and down on its own, 1 key that the previous owners dog used as a chew toy, and a whining noise underneath the hood. By far the worst experience that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I felt as if I was an easy customer. I didn’t come in and try to haggle I’ll pay for the damages in scratched rims out of pocket. When I asked for the bumper to be repaired I simply stated if the dealership does not want to pay to repair it correctly please allow me the option to purchase a new bumper and just install it. Just to find out that they epoxy glued the bumper together. I will not purchase from AutoNation again, and I will discourage everybody I know to avoid this dealership. It is very clear that he does not value his customers. More

Great job by Autonation Ford Katy. The service adviser I had signed up with was out that day so Randy took care of me and my Ford Escape. I brought it in for an oil change/tire rotation service but it turne had signed up with was out that day so Randy took care of me and my Ford Escape. I brought it in for an oil change/tire rotation service but it turned out my vehicle was in need of new tires. After picking out the tires for the car, I decided to wait for the few hours it was supposed to take. After about an hour, Randy came up and offered me a loaner vehicle to take home because the tires had to come from another site and the service would be taking significantly longer. I was given a beautiful Ford Expedition to drive back home and use for the afternoon until my car was ready. I really appreciate him going the extra mile for me. I have always had excellent service at AutoNation Ford and this is my first Ford vehicle but I plan to stay loyal to Ford for my future car needs. Thank you so much! More

Bought our flex a year ago and had a great experience and actually got a great deal. On a trip to Tennessee a trim piece flew off. Upon return we took it in and they replaced it under warranty and even and actually got a great deal. On a trip to Tennessee a trim piece flew off. I finally picked up my 2022 Bronco Wildtrak. It was a long drawn-out process due to the supply chain issues and the initial roll-out of the Bronco, but my Salesman, Sam Hoehne, did a great job of keeping long drawn-out process due to the supply chain issues and the initial roll-out of the Bronco, but my Salesman, Sam Hoehne, did a great job of keeping me informed when he had info available from Ford. I have done business with them for a long time. They are fairly no-nonsense with respect to pricing and support you well. As for the Bronco, it is awesome! Drives smooth, excellent power, very comfortable. I planned on keeping the mileage low, but I don't think that is going to happen. It is just too fun to drive. More
