Dealer does horrible job on initial vehicle receipt from Ford and expects customers to accept vehicle in as is condition and then get repairs dine under warranty. They won't guarantee 100% repairs on defects either. If you order or purchase a vehicle there, inspect it thoroughly to ensure all issues are documented before signing sales paperwork and get "we owe" forms filled out with items needing repairs. Dealer also failed to order accessories requested in my Bronco build. Now I will spend an extra $3500 to get same accessories. Example, the $395 side steps from factory is now costing me $795 at dealer. Was the failure to order the accessories planned or an accident to force more business into their aftermarket shop? More

My experience at AutoNation Ford in Katy was well pleased. The Internet Sales Manager Alex Cumi is a professional at his job and treated me with respect.
