I wasn’t sure what truck I was getting. To be honest I wasn’t sure that I would get out with a vehicle at all that day. Marvin met me at the entrance and immediately offered me his help. I requested to have my car ready by a certain time, which he guaranteed and followed through (that was a first at a dealership for me). Another great plus, was the communication. Jonathan communicated with me throughout the day by providing an update on the mechanic’s progress and answers to questions I previously had. Even while on-site he was very helpful and demonstrated higher than expected customer service.
