Took my vehicle for repairs. They had to keep it for many days. My warranty comes with rental/loaner car. They didn't have any. My vehicle is a GMC. The dealership was a Ford. I They had to keep it for many days. My warranty comes with rental/loaner car. They didn't have any. My vehicle is a GMC. The dealership was a Ford. I WAS TOLD i needed to go to the Autonation GMC. Which is over an hour to get to and in a bad srea. They do not have equipment to fix anything but a Ford. I spent $4000 on warrenty was told i would get a rental and take my car to any Autonation for repairs. NOT TRUE!!!! MANAGEMENT WAS NO HELP!! More

Negative attitude by service writer regarding solving a dashboard computer problem. They didn’t resolve the problem. I asked them to check the brakes and they completely blew that off.
