Michael Munevar and his side kick Ahmad are two scam artists. I somehow wound up paying the total costs of $80,000 for a $52,000 truck due to erroneous fees and being told outright by Ahmad that he was artists. I somehow wound up paying the total costs of $80,000 for a $52,000 truck due to erroneous fees and being told outright by Ahmad that he was "going to do something special for me" by giving me an extended warranty that was an extra 5k for me without even knowing it. I asked to speak with Ahmad through Michael for months to no avail. You all are absolutely disgusting. More

First time having Ford F-250 service work done after owning a Toyota Tundra for over a decade. The service advisor had the personality of a rock. Acted like I was interrupting his day even though I ha owning a Toyota Tundra for over a decade. The service advisor had the personality of a rock. Acted like I was interrupting his day even though I had a 7:30AM appointment. Oil change and tire rotation took 1hr 45min. My Tundra routinely was done in under an hour. I LOVE my F250, but so far the customer service with Ford has been dismal. More
