The service man, Dustin was amazing, he was patient and thorough. The service personnel went above and beyond. They can do better with transporting their customer back home especially when I have been a lo thorough. The service personnel went above and beyond. Although the manager has shown some degree of empathy but the constant hassle of thinking about how to get back to your home after a drop-off is quite discouraging. I do not understand the rationale of having a customer worry how he/she will get home for leaving his/her car for repairs that will take days.
