Carl was great and had a wonderful personality always smiling. And tired his best to have my car done in a timely manner... Issues I had was not dealing with Carl but management. Reserved a used vehicle online. Sales person could not have been better when we picked up the vehicle. Very disappointed with Auto Nation Ford Katy. I contacted an internet sales associate to place an order for a new F150 Tremor, I provided the information requested by the salesman (specs of the I contacted an internet sales associate to place an order for a new F150 Tremor, I provided the information requested by the salesman (specs of the vehicle I wanted even a copy of my DL). Days passed, a full week after and multiple attempts to get the salesman to confirm the order was placed, the salesman sent me an order document for review and approval….totally with the wrong information, not for the vehicle I requested. So ten days after I sent the salesman the info on the vehicle I wanted it was still not ordered, by then the price on the Ford website increased. I decided to not pursue the order with Autonation Ford Katy. Poor customer service, not responsive. More
