The sale itself was a little bit of a hassle. Do not believe what you see online. Inventory is NOT accurate. I originally called the dealership for a certain vehicle was told it was there called 3x and spoke to 2 different people. however, when I arrived I was told it was not. I was shown a vehicle similar to the model I wanted. It took 3 days just to purchase the vehicle. The sales rep Imanol was very helpful he communicated even on his day off. Imanol, Ryan and Daniel are the only reason for the stars. They did everything to help. They even offered to use outside contacts vs having to purchase in house. From previous experience I know how hard that can be for dealership to accept. My only downfall was prior to purchase there was a shaking on the dashboard. I was told the shaking from dashboard would be fixed prior to purchase. However that was not the case. It has been very difficult to get them to fix it. I have had the vehicle for less than 2 weeks purchase date 7/18/2024 and service has been delayed. I also was told by dealership the 2nd set of keys was lost on their end and I have yet to receive the extra key. 2 weeks purchased hopefully can get it taken care of before I leave the city. More
Be warned! After we left and we read the contract again and realized $10k options were added to our sales price without being told those were options. The financing person, Derek, never asked if we want to add all these window protection, tire protection, extended warranty etc. So we cancelled the contract the next day, which is still within the company’s 5 days money-back guarantee period. The sales person, Sam, told us we can pick up our deposit check, so we drove over an hour there just to be told that they already cashed our check and it will take 3-5 days to process the refund. Over the next two weeks, they didn’t return our voicemail, only reply to our emails saying to check back again and again. We didn’t even pick up the vehicle and lost all the down payment. I would stay away from this shady business at all cost. More

Buyer Beware: I am writing to warn you of fraudulent activity at AutoNation Ford, located just off I-10 in Katy, TX. AutoNation Ford is scamming customers, using dishonest practices to sell cars that do activity at AutoNation Ford, located just off I-10 in Katy, TX. AutoNation Ford is scamming customers, using dishonest practices to sell cars that don't work, and then refusing to honor its return policy by deliberately holding out to give you the car you've purchased past the five days it gives you to return the vehicle. My father didn't drive away with the car the same day he visited the dealership because the salesperson said it needed work to fix the A/C and a few other minor items, claiming it would take a few days to complete these repairs. The day he picked it up, after five days in their possession, he drove the vehicle home and found it had severe transmission problems. To this day, the A/C still does not work. Mr. Michael Lindsley, the General Manager, denied him the right to return the vehicle for a full refund, claiming past the allotted time. An independent mechanic confirmed and estimated the transmission work needed at $6K worth of repairs and confirmed that AutoNation Ford never repaired the A/C. What happened to my father feels deliberate and organized to take advantage of customers. More
Beware Fraudulent Practices, scams being used at this dealership, it breaks my heart but now a day consumers need to be on the defensive even from mayor, thought to be reputable companies with warranty s dealership, it breaks my heart but now a day consumers need to be on the defensive even from mayor, thought to be reputable companies with warranty statements such as this Ford Auto Nation of Katy; my father and elderly man with limited resources bought a used car from them; he didn’t drive away with the car that day because they said they needed to fix the A/C, he called to pick it up a couple of days later but the dealership delayed the pick up until Monday, which represented exactly 5 days, on the 6th day or the next day after picking it up (less than 24 hours after gaining physical possession of the vehicle) he turned up to trigger the warranty as the car had serious transmission problems, they refused to honour their warranty citing it was the 6th day since he signed the contract. A contract they pushed him to sign in that moment instead of once the A/C was fixed claiming there were other interested parties, and they took exactly 5 days to fix it, just long enough for the warranty to lapse, to add injury to insult, their fix is to give him the opportunity to trade in the vehicle (“they would do their best to give him a good price”) so that he can get into further financial burden with them. They saw and elderly man, with an accent and limited resources and assumed him an easy target to dump a vehicle that most likely was better suited for the junkyard. More
Professional, no nonsense. Had want I needed and supplied the extras that where required at a price that was competitive. Had want I needed and supplied the extras that where required at a price that was competitive. More
