We had a recall from Ford and took our Flex in. We were advised by email 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours. It actually took longer but we were prepared for that. I am from PA and just moved here. My vehicle developed an electrical issue and Autonation helped me on a Friday night until just after closing hours. I was able to get to my place and bring the vehicle back Monday for final repairs. I also received shuttle rides to work and home all while this was going on. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
