Service desk is the most confusing place. There should be a sign where to go and wait instead of floating around trying to catch an assistant's eye. The maintenance/service department at this location is the worst I have ever experienced. I dropped off my F150 to get a few things worked on. Not only did they not fix the two main things that I dropped the worst I have ever experienced. I dropped off my F150 to get a few things worked on. They also kept pushing back my servicing because of other people that had to bring their vehicles back because it had not fixed properly. I will never come back to this dealership. More
