The customer service was very good. I am used to getting tires rotated and my car cleaned and washed from another dealership and was surprised to find you didn't do that extra. I love working with the sales department but the service department does not offer the same level of service. I was working with Stephanie M, who wasn't helpful at all and would not return mine or my wife's department does not offer the same level of service. I was working with Stephanie M, who wasn't helpful at all and would not return mine or my wife's calls. it took me calling multiple times to schedule a follow up appointment to replace a sensor for a brand new vehicle with less than 2k miles. I've been waiting for over a month to get this issue resolved; my wife and I only have one vehicle and a new born at home and Stephanie suggested multiple times to leave the car overnight. That is very inconsiderate!! I spoke to two different service person over the phone who said this can be done same day, so someone must be uninformed. I'll make sure to take our business elsewhere next time. She finally takes the car in, after waiting for 6 hours, supposedly the issue was fixed, on my way home, the check engine light comes back on for the same reason. This experience has been terrible, after they get this fixed, that will be my last visit to the Phillips Hwy dealership. More

Scheduled a routine service and also a diagnosis on an intermittent hesitation. Dealer did a thorough evaluation of my truck and it appears to be resolved.
