Was able to book an oil change online which was convenient. Showed up and was greeted and car was taken back promptly. Was a bit surprised when I was told the oil change would cost $300. Oil change was complete and I was in my way in under an hour. Lounge to wait was clean and comfortable. Once I got home I could smell oil burning. The next morning I noticed oil had dripped onto my garage floor. I notified the dealership and was told to bring the car back in. When I did they explained when the oil was changed the oil spilled on the splash guard and was not cleaned by the mechanic before it was returned to me. They suggested next time not booking the last appointment in the day when mechanics are in a hurry. More

Auto Nation is terrible. I could never recommend this company to anyone. Prices are outrageous and the waiting period before repairs are done is a month. This all happened because all the repair shops refused to change the spark plugs. I had do this myself and ended up cracking the valve head. Now I had to buy a new valve head and pay to have it replaced. This all happened because I bought a Ford. I will never buy another one and my next vehicle that I am already looking for will be a Dodge. To heck with Ford More
