The initial service call I was placed on hold after 10 minutes I elected to have an automatic callback, never happened. I called again after 20 minutes I was able to talk to a rep. People were nice and the service waiting room was clean and comfortable. However, I was told on the phone they would order the parts and my service would be completed on my scheduled day. Service Staff is shorthanded these days. It doesn’t mean you won’t get your car back when you get it serviced but it might mean no one will call you when it is done. I had a 60k service and It doesn’t mean you won’t get your car back when you get it serviced but it might mean no one will call you when it is done. I had a 60k service and 3 recalls done but back ordered parts for the recall meant they couldn’t complete the service. I just needed to know if I wasn’t going to have my car after day two.
