I live in St. Augustine and trying to get service at the local Bozard Ford is impossible, a 4 week wait. I think they have so many fleet vehicles they are overwhelmed. I contacted Autonation Ford on Philipp's Hwy and waited only 2 weeks for service. My service advisor was Aaron and within a few days he contacted me with the issue of my truck consuming oil. Turns out after googling the issue it was an easy fix. They did lend me a loaner and even delivered the truck to my home in St. Augustine 26 miles away. This is the second time going to Autonation in Jacksonville and I very happy with the service. The lady who delivered my truck was very pleasant and I appreciated her bringing back my truck More
