I dropped off my mustang for repair it took 3 week and they could not find my warranty on the mustang in their computers .I told them that I was dissatisfied customer they made me so angry.I told them tha they could not find my warranty on the mustang in their computers .I told them that I was dissatisfied customer they made me so angry.I told them that I was going to talk to the owner of autonation Ford. Then all of a sudden they found the new warranty on the mustang. It was the finance people and the supervisor over finances that the paper work that got lost and also the people who put the warranty in the computers. And they did not offer me anything for their mistakes so that I would not say a thing about their mistakes of VIPP. I wanted to make sure that you would here from me on their cover up on their mistakes that happen. Took jeep there on Monday and Thursday late get a call stating they cannot work on jeep has to go to jeep dealer. They know I'm coming and why.. Took to jeep dealer and they didn't know anything about stating they cannot work on jeep has to go to jeep dealer. They know I'm coming and why.. Took to jeep dealer and they didn't know anything about my jeep coming. Had no idea. So I had to start over. More mad that autonation ford had jeep 4 days before call that they couldn't fix it. Extra time without a car having to borrow one to go to work or get rides to work. Very inconvenient. And still waiting on jeep dealer to tell me what's wrong and needed fixed. Just ridiculous. More

Worst place to get car service.. kept trying to up sale after saying what I wanted. Rude and very unprofessional. Sent car for 65 mile check up, inspection sticker and 2 warranty recalls. Left car off at 8:00 am— never heard from service advisor — could not get ahold if service department. Went back to dealership at warranty recalls. Left car off at 8:00 am— never heard from service advisor — could not get ahold if service department. Went back to dealership at 5:30pm and car not ready. called service advisor next day to get update— car was ready by noon. Service department was awful— i1st time this has happened in our 15 years of buying and servicing our cars there!!!! Not happy. More
