New service staff in service department are cold & insensitive. Fail to communicate and service. Past: We bought our car from this dealer. The BEST. However in December 2021. The worse services. First of all all, new front desk staff in the service department. We didn’t see a single staff we knew from before. So this is a clue. We dropped off our SUV to have it looked at because of stalling with engine light on. 2 weeks later, our SUV was never serviced. During the 2 week we looked like pest trying to get answers. And when they did answer, they left answers that weren’t even answers. We were so frustrated … finally that’s it, we went to pick up our SUV. When we arrived the advisor “H” was so cold. She acted like nothing was wrong. I went over to the manager “J” and get this ….. He started to talk and I told him I read lips (deaf). we all wear masks 😷 👍) so he wrote on paper and said that I was rude. Well that did it! Pissed! I said …. FRUSTRATED it is. At this point you can imagine the rest. The manager was angry and started talking mean through his mask AND I had to keep telling him I read lips. He was being so insensitive and apparently didn’t want to write on paper. As a manager, you supposed to listen not double a fire that started by his adviser. Want to hear the exit? The advisor H shoved they keys in my hands with no eye and walked off fast without saying sorry it didn’t work out or anything. Zip nothing. The worse service ever. I’m going to miss those other people that used to work and service our SUV, oil change etc. Now we will have to look elsewhere and we are sad for that. Went from BEST to worse. More
Heidi in customer service excellent. Everything and everyone else horrible. They called me to bring in my car for a recall. I did and it sat for 1.5 days with nothing done. I had to call 3 times to everyone else horrible. They called me to bring in my car for a recall. I did and it sat for 1.5 days with nothing done. I had to call 3 times to find out the truth which was they did not have the part. A couple of weeks later called me back saying they had the part. Took it in, it sat over one day. This time their excuse was the mechanic was a no show. Not once did they call me. I had to call them. The only one that answered the phone or returned calls was Heidi. No one else. If I never have to do business with them again it will be too soon. More

Service advisor did not provide a written estimate as she said she would, no phone call when the vehicle was completed. Found shop towels and parts boxes on passenger side and loose hardware which tells me said she would, no phone call when the vehicle was completed. Horrible customer service. Made an appointment and when I got to autonation gulf freeway, they could not find my appointment. Then I was passed around like a sac of potatoes Service department never even g got to autonation gulf freeway, they could not find my appointment.
