I responded to an online ad for a used pickup. We negotiated an acceptable price, including repairing the AC, which blew cool, not cold. When I went into champion ford I wasn't really thinking I would end up with a car. I hadn't owned my car very long and my credit wasn't the best. We were refered by my parents saying "If you can't get a car from Champion, than you can't get one." The service we received from the beginning of this encounter was the best possible deal. Richard was completely honest with us and striaght forward which is something we value.
