I was told it had features it did not have. The resolution was to purchase a more expensive truck that was out of my price range. Now after a couple of weeks of owning this truck I find out that the 110 outlets do not work. We noticed that the plug was hanging. We plugged it back in and still no power. It was unplugged for a reason and I have no idea why. I have contacted the dealership to get it in to be fixed but no callback. Called back a week later and finally spoke to someone. She was a bit rude when I asked for a loaner. I have a brand new truck that already has issues and still have to go to work to be able to pay for this truck. I ended up calling another dealership and they are actually coming to my home to fix my truck on my schedule. More
