Service clerk, Hiede, was very rude. She would put the phone down and ignore my call while speaking to customer. Also, after giving her a piece of my mind letting her know that there was no wonder why their establishment had low ratings with customer service at the service department, she said, “well if you knew that, then why did you bring it here…you can take the car somewhere else” Management said that they were going to take care of it; however, if she is rude to you, then management did not take care of the problem. So, if you deal with Heidi, just be mindful that you will not receive good customer service because of her rudeness. More
I bought a 2016 F150 and traded in a 2013 F150 with no issue, I wrote them a check for over $12,000 and left. A little later I started having mechanical issues with rough idling and poor gas mileage. I was told it was probably the auto shut off kicking in on the vehicle at stop light or in traffic (this truck does not have that feature). My sales rep Cameron Thomas said bring it in, so I did. When I was there he went to the service folks and then told me they were too busy and I would have to come back. About 2 weeks later and still having issues I got it to the service department and left it with Krystal Clark, they had it for 4 days and said no problem could be found and nothing could be done. I have video of the issues with the truck and provided the DTC P0012 code along with how and when the issue specifically occurs. All I was told was, "we couldn't replicate it'. Seems like they are waiting for my 4 month warranty to run out so they can charge me thousands of dollars for a fix. Really hate spending my money and giving them a vehicle that worked to get one with issues that aren't being addressed. More

When I went to buy my truck I saw there were 2 dents. I mentioned it to the salesperson. They said the truck couldn’t be fixed until it was sold. This truck was just what I was looking for. My truck has now been back at the dealership two different times totaling two full weeks, out of the two months I’ve had it. Here we are and I am still not happy with the job they have done. I am paying for a brand new truck and with the repair that has been done it looks like a used truck. They said that they will not put my truck back in the shop again because it is costing too much for them to fix. My sales person said the only option is to buy it back. The sales person said he would keep in touch as he is looking for another truck like what I bought. So far I’ve not heard anything we are on day six. More
