Customer service is by far the worst I've ever dealt with! I took my truck in the day before Thanksgiving at 7"20 for a scheduled detail cleaning, a key to be made, and an oil change. I had discussed with Hedie that I lived alone and I needed a ride, so she had for a scheduled detail cleaning, a key to be made, and an oil change. I had discussed with Hedie that I lived alone and I needed a ride, so she had the shuttle take me home I was told I would be able to pick it up after lunch time because the detail work takes about 4 hours. I called about 2:30 and she said still working on it. She called me at 4:55 letting me know my truck was ready for pick up. I told her again they brought me home and I still needed a ride. She stated she was sorry that the driver went home already and they close at 6:00. Now I only had 50 minutes to pick up my truck when everyone I know wasn't home from work or would not be able to pick me up in time because of 5:00 RUSH HOUR IN HOUSTON!!!! Needless to say I was very upset thinking I wasn't going to have a vehicle on Thanksgiving to travel. I tried calling them there to see If a manager could help but it went to phone service. All I got was a "I'm sorry." Had to use Uber. The key had to be ordered , so it took 8 1/2 hours for an oil change and a detail? More
Horrible service! I bought a truck here and soon had mechanical problems with the EVAP system. It took 2 tries and 3 weeks to fix the issue. All the while having no loaner vehicle.
