I paid around $64,000.00 plus other add ons and another $13,000.00 or more with maintenance and add ons purchased from ford certified dealers. I had problems from day 1! Send me a letter in writing that you will replace the part that was damaged in your possession - the part that your service manager remarked, it’s just a little scratch - but it’s not just a little scratch - it’s cracked and when moisture seeps in I THE CUSTOMER shall have to pay for an electrical corroded shortage that can occur which can interfere with other SAFETY features, Public Safety…and maybe the other issues can be resolved out of court or without judicial intervention for what appears to be Unfair Acts.

If you are going to replace it without malice than you have my e-mail - put it in writing that you will fix the damage that was done while it was in your possession and until then I shall expect you to do the same you did before and that is "toy around" with me - when it came time to purchase a vehicle from you I did not toy around - I paid FORD IN FULL and now I have to go through xxxx trying to get basic things done. Send the letter sending you will make this minor infraction right.

I am waiting for the written letter stating you will repair the damage you cause by replacing the part that your service manager expressly stated that he would replace - it’s a Public Safety issue because it concerns the break light assembly and the “blind side” warning assembly. - other than that you are playing games with Public Safety and the Public Policy Laws in the State of Texas and other Chapter 17 consumer laws.

Buyers Beware - anyone [Ford Customers] interested in joining in on a class action lawsuit and if you had worse or similar experiences like one of my millionaire friends who said he had an extra 250 miles on his truck from Auto Nation and he felt that this was not right at all - call you for what - your just trying to make the Public think you are going to replace the part that got damaged in your possession buddy. You admitted fault then said you would change the damaged part, agency law fiduciary and vicarious liability …
