Service completed in less than half a day, notified and kept informed of the progress. When I first got there, service person told me he had 3 cars ahead of me and suggested I go to another rep. I started kept informed of the progress. When I first got there, service person told me he had 3 cars ahead of me and suggested I go to another rep. I started to the next rep and promptly went up the stairs. Went to the third rep, Mikayla Madrid and she waited on me finishing everything in less than 2 min. She was prompt, helpful and courteous.
