Your Review: Tuesday, July 16, I called Matthew Stevens and told him I was looking at buying 5 Ford Transits and was struggling to find all 5 of them with one dealer. I did not want to buy from multiple de and told him I was looking at buying 5 Ford Transits and was struggling to find all 5 of them with one dealer. I did not want to buy from multiple dealers if I didn't have to. Matthew said I am on it, and will get back with you regarding making it happen. Within a few hours, he said that he had found 5 of them, and that he would have them transferred to his store for preparation and make ready to go for delivery. We sent him the credit application, and by afternoon of the 18th, (less than 48 hours after the initial call) we were signing the documents for all 5 units. He then went above and beyond and had them delivered the following day at the upfitting company, so that I did not have to stop my business operations to drive to his office with 5 of my employees to pick them up. Matthew made this massive transaction flawless. Him and his entire team we dealt with, provided TOP NOTCH, 5 star service and my business partner and I could not be more thankful. I took my vehicle for a diagnosis test and experience poor communication from representatives. Waste of costumers time and money.
