Jose Cortez, from AutoNation, reached out to me & made the whole experience very pleasant. Made sure communication was kept but did not constantly call/text/email like these other dealerships whom are still bugging me even after purchasing my truck already from AutoNation. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation as well as an inspection. My vehicle failed inspection and needed to have some software resets and such.
