I did reach out, as requested. I left two voicemails for the General Manager, only to find out a week and a half later that he had quit — without ever responding to me beforehand. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse. After finally getting my vehicle back on Thursday afternoon, by Saturday afternoon it had to be returned again because the engine was xxxxxxx in air. So while I appreciate the generic “please call us” response, the reality is I already tried that, and the issues with both communication and the truck itself have continued. At this point, I need more than an invitation to call — I need real accountability and resolution.
