Four day process, first day we were told we qualified with an APR however when we returned the second day to pick up the vehicle the story changed. Stating they had to hunt banks again. We live 100 miles from the dealer and did not become a priority by anyone till the last couple hours of the day. I sent emails to the general manager and never got a reply or follow up. In my opinion the dealer has gotten so big it has outgrown its customer service ability. More

Once dropping off the vehicle the Jeremy service writer let me know it would a few days before a tech would take a look at vehicle this is after waiting a month for appointment. after 1st week I had to cal let me know it would a few days before a tech would take a look at vehicle this is after waiting a month for appointment. after 1st week I had to call and leave message, 2nd week Jeremy informed me no had been assigned yet. third I called and ask for update. Jeremy told me he check to see if a tech could roll up window so that I could pickup for later drop off. Did not call me back. I called and ask to talk to service manager with no luck. Finally after 3 weeks truck was ready. This has been my worst visit to this dealership, after buying 2 vehicles there and last one. I'll go back to GM products soon. More

This time around the experience was 100x better than my last visit. My consultant was amazing she explained everything to me and asked if I would like my car wash of i said yes but to no fault of her that last visit.
