If it's the same general manager I met with on July 15th I think I will pass. He made no attempt when I was standing right in front of him to make the situation right, therefore I have no faith that a phone call would be anything more than a waste of time. There will be no "experience with our dealership moving forward" on my behalf. Any chance of you having me as a customer evaporated that day with your poor service and attitude. Hopefully others will read about my situation and be very cautious when purchasing a vehicle from AutoNation Ford Frisco.
