I'm take service for my Ford escape plug in hybrid, oil change rotate tires. I'm show him discount card about $39 oil change. He told me what i need pay for labor and filter, but will do the best price, an change rotate tires. I'm show him discount card about $39 oil change. He told me what i need pay for labor and filter, but will do the best price, and start speak about recall my car with engine problem. He told me abou 3 hours waiting. I'm call back after 3,5 hours. Car is ready. What about recall? We no have part and technician! 3,5 hours just for oil change? And this cost me $150. Seriously? Department manager call back and design the issue. More
