My service advisor, Fabian, provided excellent customer service. As soon as I arrived he informed me that he would request a Lyft ride for me to get home since it would take about 2 - 3 hrs for the servic service. As soon as I arrived he informed me that he would request a Lyft ride for me to get home since it would take about 2 - 3 hrs for the service to be completed, as they had several vehicles in for service. My vehicle was ready within the timeframe estimated, and Fabian sent a Lyft ride to come pick me up from my home to get my vehicle. Excellent experience. More
