Too many issues with my brand new 2022 ford f-150, from starting every 1-2 months i am getting new issues. Is it issue with my vehicle or all ford f-150 had issues?. From starting issues with touch screen sometimes it will grey out while using maps and sometimes half screen go blacked out. Also issues with door latch it never properly fixed, now i am getting issues with driver glass window its automatically opening and if we dont observe it will damage our hands or fingers. Also issue with blindspot sensor, sometimes it wont work even vehicle is in blindspot area. I am frustrated with all these issues. Never happy with my truck periodically getting one or another issue. When i went to service these issues they will ask for two weeks and wont provide any replacement vehicle also. I dont know what to do these situations. They will reply someone will contact but even if we call no one respond properly. More
In my case, they sold me a 2019 Chevy Express van for my business with a broken transmission after running a few miles when they said that this car was inspected and "CERTIFIED" for $35000, so I had been wa business with a broken transmission after running a few miles when they said that this car was inspected and "CERTIFIED" for $35000, so I had been waiting for them to fix it for almost 2 weeks ($2100 lost) when they told me that it would take just a few days, Yesterday after I talked to Alex the sale manage all he gave me was a 6 seat ford explorer when he promised me a car at least for 7 people because my van is for my business, so I am losing $150 a day and they still do not know how long will take to fix my transmission, Today he offered to swap my original Chevy Express to a 2023/2024 Ford Expedition XLT, so will see if that happened, They lie too much and every time I call and try to talk to him he never available. AutoNation Ford in Frisco off Hwy 121 IS THE WORST service department I have EVER dealt with. They lie to you and when they tell you they have what they need for a recall, you bring it in as scheduled service department I have EVER dealt with. They lie to you and when they tell you they have what they need for a recall, you bring it in as scheduled and then sat, oh we don't have the part or we don't have a tool to replace that part. They also had to replace a rear seat cover and told me for a year the part was ordered. Come to find out they never even ordered the seat cover. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Very Bad!! More
