Jeff Ramos- service didn’t believe us when we arrived on a spare sensor triggering tire low on car. I’m not there bc I’m bored and have nothing to do. Went in for Ford recall. Had to leave for a few days to check out and send pictures to Ford who said “no problem” so picked it up and wait until or if have a problem later. Jeffery Sanderson was the service writer and he was good about keeping me informed about situation. Talked with mechanic who worked on car but forgot his name. He was nice and gentlemanly and was sorry it took so long but if any problems bring car back. Thanks for returning car clean. More
