No communication on vehicle. Wasn’t told it would be a 7 day wait to even have it looked at. Was called 3 days after the appointment to say they were keeping it. That was the first time I was told there was any wait. Then was only called back 1 time after 1 week to ask what was happening. I wasn’t called back again, not even once to give me the status. I had to call in 4 times to try to find out what was going on. After a few more days and I had to call the main service phone number to tell them I was coming to get it. Couldnt get ahold of my assigned service rep. They couldn’t replicate the stall, and didn’t get the part for the recall so nothing was done in having the vehicle for 9 days after THEY scheduled the appointment and the specific day for me to bring it in. More
Jeff Ramos- service didn’t believe us when we arrived on a spare sensor triggering tire low on car. I’m not there bc I’m bored and have nothing to do. Waited almost 2 hours for a spare tire to plugged. Do better! This is the worst service I’ve received in long time & only & last car I buy from AutoNation. It hasn’t been a great experience overall. Went in for Ford recall. Had to leave for a few days to check out and send pictures to Ford who said “no problem” so picked it up and wait until or if have a problem later. Jeffery Sanderson was the service writer and he was good about keeping me informed about situation. Talked with mechanic who worked on car but forgot his name. He was nice and gentlemanly and was sorry it took so long but if any problems bring car back. Thanks for returning car clean. More
Service is very slow. I waited for an oil change for over 2 hours, and I had an appointment for it.
