Went for an oil change. I was never called as to when the vehicle was ready. Got home, oil leaking on my drive way and oil burning smell from under hood. Took it back, again I was never called as to when the vehicle was ready. Got home, oil leaking on my drive way and oil burning smell from under hood. Took it back, again had to call to get an update after 6 hours. Turns out the technician did not fully seat the dip stick and oil was spewing all over the endive compartment. No apology, the attitude was “that happens sometimes” also, no call back when the truck was available for pick up. I would expect this from a ride side oil change place, but a dealership should have its act together better. More

This was my first time going to a dealership to have my car worked on. I only needed an inspection and my brake light replaced because everywhere I went no one was able to fix my brake light.
