I bought my 2010 Mustang from this dealer new. Happy to report that with 114,000 miles on it, I haven't had it in the shop except for maintenance in the 14 years I've owned it. This trip to the service department was about the dreaded 'check engine light.' Once diagnosed, the issues were corrected and she runs like a top again. Service people all very nice, very professional, very communicative. My one and only beef is that it took 10 days to perform the repairs. This due entirely to a 7-day backup in the shop when I brought her in. No doubt this is caused by the Ford strike, ongoing supply-chain issues, and maybe even staffing issues (a good mechanic is hard to find these days). But overall I was treated well, and they saved my 14-year-old baby. More

Oil change was done as requested. Asked for a quote on changing fuel filters and received an overly excessive quote of $500. I was also told they have never been changed which is inaccurate in reviewing my previous maintenance records from the same dealership. Asked for my windshield wipers to be adjusted to sit correctly on the windshield (which has been a request for 2+ years) and was quoted a $400 fix when it should be under warranty. Overall negative experience again with the service at this dealership. More
