Dealership is AWESOME! My service rep didn’t do I think what I requested. The one most crucial thing I asked him to do but the Service Dept guys inside made sure it was taken care of for me before I left the Dealership. Otherwise they have always have done me right and I don’t have any problems with them at all. Will definitely go back with all my service needs. Also I have a question about something that confused me? I always thought that a tire rotation always came as part of the complete service work up? I requested the 15,000 mile service but I don’t know if that’s what I really received so would like to know what I received now? But it’s not going to stop me from going back for my service needs at all. Could have been a misunderstanding maybe it does happen? It was a Friday and the late afternoon but I do know that it’s not an excuse for the lack in the situation at hand either so that’s all I’m saying on this service job this go round and I think it could have been handled a little bit better than it was by the service rep I had and on the other hand the guys inside were fantastic in getting something done that was very important in driving ability if it were to rain and I had to see out my windshield! Darla Marshall in service was great and understanding. Ford eco boost engine is junk and now need new engine at $12,000 for a problem that is all over the internet. .Customer s great and understanding. Ford eco boost engine is junk and now need new engine at $12,000 for a problem that is all over the internet. .Customer service for Ford Corporate said they weren't aware of the problem. Darla was great but Ford drags the rating down. Darla would get a 5 but overall experience consists of poor workmanship by Ford Motors. Don't buy a Ford fusion with the eco boost engine. More
