So far, our visits have been stellar. Having purchased several vehicles from this dealership; we find the service department to be one of the reasons we continue to purchase our vehicles Having purchased several vehicles from this dealership; we find the service department to be one of the reasons we continue to purchase our vehicles there. Unfortunately, the only draw back we have encountered is with the credit department. Every time they update their system; it wipes our out "automatic payment" which creates an issue. This has happened more than once; and when we try to make our payment with an agent we manage to get someone on the phone who is obviously having a bad day. The confusion of this causes us to hesitate purchasing another Ford. I will admit the Ford Platinum I have has spoiled me when I being to search other vehicle make/models. Happy day to ya'. More
