I went in for a works oil change which was supposed to include synthetic oil, tire rotation and having all my fluids topped off. I got the information for this service off the Auto Nation website. They di include synthetic oil, tire rotation and having all my fluids topped off. I got the information for this service off the Auto Nation website. They didn’t honor it and charged me individually for topping off the washer fluid and the tire rotation. I had them go ahead and change the air filter on the truck since it was dirty. This is offered for $64.99 at David McDavid Ford a few miles away, I ended up spending over $150 because they would not honor what was on their website. I saved a screenshot of the Auto Nation service I was supposed to get and a copy of the service and price from McDavid. They did give me a $20 discount, big deal. They explained it away saying this is only for dealerships or service centers with an “Express Lane.”Last time I will visit this dealership. More

This was the second time I have had my vehicle serviced at autoNation. Each time has been a pleasant experience. For this particular visit I had received a recall notice on my Ford escape and took it in to at autoNation. Each time has been a pleasant experience. For this particular visit I had received a recall notice on my Ford escape and took it in to be checked. I also requested an oil change. Both items were completed within 2 1/2 hours. The nice thing about this particular visit is I was able to ride the shuttle back home to continue working and then ride the shuttle back to the dealership to pick up my car. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. More
