AutoNation Ford Fort Worth - Service Center

Our issue took a while to get resolved due to the 4th of July weekend. Our Escape had engine issues and we left the car on June 30, knowing it would be July 5 before it would be looked at. It was not actually looked at until July 7 and we were advised it needed a new engine. We got the car back on July 21, 2 weeks later, which I thought was a bit lengthy. All seems well now. More

Employees extremely nice but disappointed with outcome. Brought car in and after 5 weeks and $1,300 bill problem was not resolved and was told needed to spend an additional $2,000 to fix car.
