Had an appointment for an oil change and after waiting one hour and 40 minutes, I asked about the progress. My car had not even been pulled into a service stall and I was told it could be done and ready i one hour and 40 minutes, I asked about the progress. My car had not even been pulled into a service stall and I was told it could be done and ready in thirty minutes. I declined and the service person never apologized or made any comment.
