They would have received 5 stars if I hadn’t had to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Employees were nice and apologetic for the wait, and checked on me often. I did not receive an update on the status of my car or how much longer I’d be waiting until the service was finished and it was time for me to pay. More
