Having only 1 person scheduling for multiple dealerships makes the caller wait too long. An oil change with tire rotation should not take 100 minutes! There was no hand sanitizer in the waiting room (the ma makes the caller wait too long. An oil change with tire rotation should not take 100 minutes! After my car was delivered to the pick-up area, it took 12 minutes for me to get the paperwork and this happened only when I walked over and stood in front of the rep! It seemed like it was a problem to do my service so I left. All I wanted was my wheels rotated and a 20,000 mile check up. I was informed that the check up was only visual and they were 2hrs behind. I c left. All I wanted was my wheels rotated and a 20,000 mile check up. I was informed that the check up was only visual and they were 2hrs behind. I checked my ford service record on the Ford owner web site and a record was created indicating that my car was in for a steering issue. So the whole experience left me perplexed. I will look for another dealer in the future. More
