Had a wreck and no transportation. was able to do everything on line. Once financing was approved was easy to get ride to dealership and sign all the paperwork. Not thrilled with customer service. Never introduced herself or gave me her card. After reading my invoice, she didn’t listen to what I actually said, even when I told her again on the phone, which lead herself or gave me her card. I usually drive all the way to Arlington but I knew my car had to stay. The best thing at this shop is the shuttle driver. He remembered me from a year ago and always provides good conversation and a safe ride back. More
