Service adviser Allen Huselejic met me in the driveway explain my scheduled service saying it would take 2 hours. I wanted to wait and Gary Allen saw I was disabled and helped me into the waiting area ge explain my scheduled service saying it would take 2 hours. received quality and efficient service in an emergency situation on Christmas Eve. Jeff got my truck in as fast as possible. The repair was quite expensive, but Jeff made sure that the repair was submi situation on Christmas Eve. Jeff got my truck in as fast as possible. The repair was quite expensive, but Jeff made sure that the repair was submitted to Ford (as my truck was slightly over the warranty coverage mileage) and in turn Ford will reimburse me for almost all of the charges.
