After waiting for 1/12 hours for oil change finally wa told they had to order a filter. Service was ok after that but waiting area left a lot to be desired. It was freezing in there. I will take my car so told they had to order a filter. Service was ok after that but waiting area left a lot to be desired. It was freezing in there. I will take my car somewhere else in the future. Not impressed with AutoNation! More

I had to go back 3 times the first time they told me to go back another day because they said they wouldn’t get to my car for 2 days so they had me take it back another day . When I showed up on Feb day th go back another day because they said they wouldn’t get to my car for 2 days so they had me take it back another day . When I showed up on Feb day they told me they told me to take it back another day because they were already 15 cars behind . The 3rd time I took my car they took it in right away and fixed the problem within 2 1/2 hours but then the same problem occurred 3 days later . So now have to take my car back ! Smh More
