Michael went through everything with me step by step. He was very helpful in getting the monthly payments where I needed them. The finance manager was very helpful as well getting it even lower with a bette was very helpful in getting the monthly payments where I needed them. They genuinely listened to my concerns. They ended up not being able to replicate the problem the car was having before, but they also did not charge me for the diagnostic fee because of that as well.
