Went for an oil change. I was never called as to when the vehicle was ready. Got home, oil leaking on my drive way and oil burning smell from under hood. Took it back, again I was never called as to when the vehicle was ready. Got home, oil leaking on my drive way and oil burning smell from under hood. Took it back, again had to call to get an update after 6 hours. Turns out the technician did not fully seat the dip stick and oil was spewing all over the endive compartment. No apology, the attitude was “that happens sometimes” also, no call back when the truck was available for pick up. I would expect this from a ride side oil change place, but a dealership should have its act together better. More

This was my first time going to a dealership to have my car worked on. I only needed an inspection and my brake light replaced because everywhere I went no one was able to fix my brake light. The service was really good and faster than I thought. I loved the fact that I could get in early seeing as though I have to be at work at 9:30 am. The gentleman that took my car back was nice as well. He kept me up to date on how much longer I had to my car being finished. I would prosaic bring my car back when needed in the future. More

The experience was very wonderful and pleasant. We were weighing all options so we were there for awhile but it didn't feel like it because of the nice family atmosphere.
