Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Agent that took my car didn't ask about other things to check nor give me time to talk. When car was done, I was called to make payment. Agent didn't discuss findings, but when I got home the invoice listed some red items found on inspection that said needed attention but didn't describe what I should do. I was used to local Toyota dealer that the agents thoroughly went over the enitre car when writing up the ticket for maintenance. And after the car was serviced, going over everything with me to explain what was done and what other things needed to be attended to. More

Very good service on my 2017 Ford pickup. Had to take it back two times but they were able to fix problem. Problem was with EGR valve and this required two trips to properly diagnose what was Had to take it back two times but they were able to fix problem. Problem was with EGR valve and this required two trips to properly diagnose what was happening. EGR valve was replaced at no charge to me and was covered under Ford emissions warranty. I have no complaints with their service. More
